Beautiful attic penthouse in the heart of the historic center of San Lorenzo de El Escorial. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room and a separate kitchen. Perfect for enjoying a few days of rest and visiting this beautiful town and its surroundings, or even for traveling to Madrid. The bus station is a 5-minute walk away. It is on the third floor without an elevator. There is no air conditioning. The space It is an ideal apartment for up to four people. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright; with a double bed in the main room and two single beds in the other room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob and microwave. It also has complete dishes and cutlery for six people. The heating is electric by means of radiators of maximum energy rating in each of the rooms. Hot water is generated by an electric water heater with a capacity of 80l. Guest access All the rooms in the apartment are accessible, although please do not use the low cabinet located in the kitchen as it contains maintenance utensils. Help us keep the apartment in perfect condition. Other things to note You will find the kitchen completely clean and ready for cooking. Please leave it in the same condition. As long as there is availability, you can extend your stay until 4:00 pm for an additional cost of €20. For arrivals before 3:00 pm, please check. Please pick up the trash when you leave. It does not have an elevator.
