Welcome to Camellia Cottage, your perfect getaway nestled in tranquil gardens. This charming retreat boasts a sun-drenched backyard, safe for children and dogs, and offers an ideal space to unwind and reconnect. With its warm, light-filled interiors and a host of modern amenities, it’s a home away from home for families, couples, or small groups. We are not an Airbnb that asks you perform amazing cleaning feats when you are about to depart. Leave that to us. Just enjoy your break. The space Camellia Cottage is thoughtfully designed with comfort and convenience in mind: • Living & Dining Areas: Both north-facing, ensuring plenty of natural light and warmth year-round. Equipped with gas heating, air conditioning, and a cozy fireplace. • Family-Ready Kitchen: Fully equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, full-sized fridge, dishwasher, Breville Barista Express Coffee machine, Brita filtered water jug in fridge, and essential pantry items. Perfect for home-cooked meals. • Bedrooms: • 2 Queen bedrooms with medium Koala mattresses. • 1 Twin bedroom with two king single beds. • Electric blankets for extra coziness. • Travel cot (with linens) and two highchairs available for little ones. • Entertainment: A new 55” smart TV. Stream Netflix, Stan, Spotify, and more via your personal accounts. • Bathroom & Laundry: • Modern bathroom with a separate bath and shower. • Instant gas hot water and luxury essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath soak. • 2 toilets (one in the bathroom, one in the laundry). • Outdoor Living: Relax on the semi-covered verandah, complete with a dining table for six, a natural gas BBQ, and two lounge chairs. Please Note: • A couple of steps lead to one Queen bedroom and the dining room, making these spaces unsuitable for wheelchairs or mobility aids. Pet-Friendly Haven Bring your furry family members along! The backyard is fully enclosed with 1.8m fencing, ensuring safety for children and dogs. We welcome up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you’ll be bringing your fur baby. (Sorry, no cats.) Guest access Guests have full and exclusive access to the Cottage and gardens. A secure lockbox code will be provided a few days before your arrival. Free parking in driveway for 2 cars, plus on street parking. Other things to note • Minimum stay: 2 nights. Bookings starting on Thursdays are 3 nights. School Holidays and long weekends, are minimum of 3 nights. Xmas and New Year period 4 nights. • Bookings cannot end on Saturdays. • There’s a driveway security camera for added peace of mind. EV charging not available on property. EV Charging Stations are located: Supercharge, 34 Hope Street, Blaxland. Hydro Majestic, 52 Great Western Hwy, Medlow Bath.
