Located in a quiet residential area in the village, on elevated ground in the middle of a hill, it offers a magnificent view of the sea from the terrace/solarium, where you can relax on the sun loungers, sunbathe or simply enjoy an unforgettable sunset. In the garden, the private pool and the terrace with a barbecue invite you to enjoy the outdoors with family or friends. Just a few steps from the house is the Cividade de Terroso, one of the most important Castro settlements on the Iberian Peninsula. Just 500 meters away, this extraordinary archaeological site invites you to take pleasant walks amidst nature and history, providing panoramic views of the ocean, Póvoa de Varzim and the entire surrounding region. For those who like to actively explore the region, we offer four bicycles, ideal for riding on rural trails, discovering the village paths, or venturing to the beaches and the Ecovia do Litoral. The house was designed to provide comfort in any season, whether for a summer vacation by the pool or for extended stays as a retreat or home office. Inside, you will find: • 3 bedrooms, two with double beds (one of them en-suite) and a third with two single beds; • 3 bathrooms with shower; • Large living and dining room; • Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, crockery and all the necessary utensils to prepare your meals. It is also an excellent base for exploring the region's cuisine and the famous Vinho Verde and Douro routes. Porto Airport is about a 20-minute drive away. The city of Póvoa de Varzim has a direct connection to Porto via the Porto Metro, where the Trindade station is the ideal destination for accessing downtown Porto. It will also be easy to use Uber or Bolt services.
