But if you want a feeling of quality, privacy, and uninterrupted elevated clifftop views, in a location less than a mile to the local beach, then Onepu Moana ("sandy sea") could be perrrrfect. Guest access You will have full and private complete access to the entire 2-story holiday house, including up to six bedrooms (dependent on your reservation), two kitchen-lounge-dining rooms, upstairs large deck, downstairs spapool terrace, and plenty of parking. Other things to note NIGHTLY RATE BEDDING CONFIGURATION: Prices quoted are based on the first 10 Guests sharing five Queen/Double bedrooms. For larger bookings additional bedding options include the top Single bunk bed in the upstairs Triple Bedroom (double-single bunk-bed); and the downstairs 6-Berth Bunk-Room; and/or the downstairs Lounge double Sofa-Bed. ONE-OFF FEE: The one-off $375 CLEANING FEE includes: Spa-pool prep/clean, all Bed linen, Bathroom & Spapool towels, and post-stay house Clean. OUR COVID-19 PREVENTION DEEP-CLEANING PROTOCOLS • Contactless self-check-in using Key Lockboxes. • 24-Hour minimum gap between all full-house bookings. • For bookings not reserving the entire house, no areas are shared between Upstairs-only and Downstairs-only bookings. • All rooms are ventilated before cleaning, and cleaning staff wear disposable gloves. • We clean to remove dirt, then disinfect to kill germs, with a strong focus on all frequently touched surfaces (eg light switches, door-knobs, remote-controls, sink-taps, dishwasher & washer/dryer controls, lockbox keypads, hairdryer/straightener, hand-rails, kitchen appliances, kitchen condiments, kitchen/bathroom cabinet handles, etc), and vacuum cleaners emptied between guests. • All bedroom Linen and bathroom Towels are washed at the highest heat seating recommended by their manufacturer. • Supplies provided for guests of antibacterial hand soap, paper towels & tissues.
