Camelot Farmstay near Dungog & Paterson

This charming self contained farmstay retains the propertys history, being a converted dairy. It’s situated centrally between the country villages of Dungog, Vacy, Paterson & Clarencetown, all within 15 minutes drive. Camelot is a working farm that incorporates a horse stud breeding top quality Arabian horses, ASH & Welsh Mountain ponies. We also have beef cattle and sheep on the property. For your entertainment there’s TVs in each bedroom as well as a tv & DVD player in the living room. The space There is a bathroom/laundry, and 2 separate toilets. We have a table tennis table, board games & jigsaws too. There’s a large undercover entertainment area with bbq & table as well. There is a small grassy backyard. There’s gardens & lawn area at the front. There’s plenty of secure off street parking, we have an electric gate at the front of the property. This gate must be kept closed at all times, for the safety of our animals. We are an easy 12 minute drive from the Dungog Common, which boasts excellent mountain bike tracks and trails. The Williams river at nearby Clarencetown is popular for kayaking & other water sports. We can accomodate your horse, with a safe yard & shelter. There’s an enclosed 60x 20 arena & a round yard too. Guest access You’re welcome to enjoy the front & back garden areas around the accommodation. Please don’t feed any animals without hosts permission. For your safety we ask that you don’t enter any animal enclosures without a host present. If you’d like to meet some animals you’re welcome to join us at feeding time. Please make an appointment for that. Other things to note We welcome your dogs to holiday with you, they must have their own bedding, they aren’t allowed on the furniture, you must clean up after them & they must be in a leash at all times outside. Your pet mustn’t be left at the farmstay unattended. We may be able to assist in securing your pet if you require. We have safe enclosures to house your pet if you wish to leave them at the farmstay. We can accommodate your horse as well, in a safe yard with a shelter. There’s a 60 x 20 enclosed arena & a 16 m round yard too. We also have a wash at with hot & cold water.
