Other things to note ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price. ✔ The pool can be heated for the months April, May and October with advance notice, on extra charge. The temperature can reach 25 degrees maximum. ✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating. ✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days. ✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability. ✔ No pets allowed ✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces ✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
