A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price. ✔ The pool can be heated free of charge for the months April, May and October with advance notice. The temperature can reach 27 degrees maximum. The villa is using solar panel for energy. ✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating. ✔ Cleaning service is offered every three days. This includes cleaning, towel change, and linen replacement. ✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh. ✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability. ✔ No pets allowed ✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces ✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.
