Green Mare Villa is conveniently situated only 2 km away from the long sandy beach of Rethymno and near Stavromenos and Sfakaki with shops and markets, while at the same time it offers full privacy to our guests and a variety of facilities for the whole family. The space Green Mare is a beautiful, 240 m², stone built villa of superior design and construction quality. Furnished in a modern and minimal style, the two-storey villa can accommodate up to 8 guests. Indoor Layout Ground Floor Entering the villa on the ground floor there is a spacious open plan area which consists of the living room with 40” satellite TV and Playstation 4, the indoor dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen of top quality fixtures. From the living room area there is a direct access to the pool area and the garden. Next to the living area there is also an office area with a desk in the hall. On the same floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with Hydro-massage shower cabin. The bathroom on the ground floor of Green Mare villa also meet all the standards for wheelchair access. First Floor Reaching the first floor from the stairs, there are two more bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds which also can be set up as a double bed. On the same floor you will also find a bathroom with Hydro-massage shower cabin, washing machine and clothes dryer. In addition, on the top of the first floor there is a loft which has a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. All the bedrooms have air-condition, private satellite HDTV, closet and access to balconies with great country side and sea views. Exterior The outdoor area of Green Mare Villa offers many facilities and spots for relaxation, surrounded by trees and flowers. The whole outdoor area is totally private and fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests. More specifically our outdoor facilities include: - 58 sq.m swimming pool with a separate shallow compartment for young children. - Fully equipped charcoal barbecue area with an outdoor sink. - Outdoor dining area under the pergola. - Many organised furnished spots (sun beds, umbrellas, outdoor sofas and daybed) for relaxing in the balconies, the veranda and the gardens around the villa. - Lawn covered areas for children to play and playground. - Two bicycles are also provided. - Parking area (the only shared spot with the other Villa, otherwise the villas are designed to offer full privacy between them). Green Mare is approved by the Greek Tourism Organisation with the license number of 1041K91003130401 & managed by "etouri vacation rental management". **Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at €15 per night from April to October and €4 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
