This is a totally unique cosy beachfront property with all the comforts you would expect at home. Fully equipped. Small but packed with exciting things! This is a small cottage, but has three bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 room with a single set of bunks. This property is right on the waterfront and has commanding views from every window, you will feel like you are the only person between you and the ocean! These photos from the website are not enhanced and the views are just as you see them from the images. There are 2 outdoor wood heaters and 1 wood heater indoors,( plenty of wood is always available),as well as an electric reverse cycle heating/aircon option. There is a kayak (with life jackets), fishing rods and 1 pushbike, and sing star. One night stays are available but the rate for 1 night would be a minimum of $350 Monday through to Sunday with $50 per person after the first 2 people. Christmas, new year Easter and the summer period will attract higher rates . Many of my guests have been disappointed that they did not stay more than 1 night as its a totally unique experience , hope you can experience it too! Guest access BBQ, Kayak , fishing rods, Netflix, outdoor fire, indoor wood heater, wood, washing machine and WIFI all available at no extra cost Other things to note Opossum Bay is a quiet small seaside village with only 1 local shop with very limited grocery supplies (petrol available) , so I suggest any major supplies be purchased on your way, I suggest the "hill street grocer" or TCM in the suburb Lauderdale, approx 15mins before you get to Opossum Bay.
