This luxurious villa, with its wonderful sea view, can accommodate up to 8 people. It is just 15 minutes from the airport, half an hour from Athens and 100 meters from the Blue Limanaki in Rafina. The perfect place for vacation, relaxation or business! Enjoy the magnificent sea view, swim in the stunning bay in front of the Villa or watch the starry sky during the night. The space The villa is located 1km from the port of Rafina, very close to the international airport and via the Attica road, half an hour to the capital and to the historical center of Athens, as well as to the largest port of the country, Piraeus. The villa has 2 levels. On the first floor there is a large living room, a dining room for 8 people, a beautiful fireplace, an elegant hallway, and a second raised living room. The two sofas in the living room are converted into two comfy single beds. At this level, there is also a fully, equipped with electrical appliances, kitchen and a small WC. The visitor can also dine at the table on the balcony on this floor where the view is stunning. Going to the 2nd level we find 3 bedrooms, with two of them having double beds and the third one having two singles. At the same level there are two white bathrooms. And this level has an enormous terrace, with magnificent views of the sea. On the terrace, guests have the opportunity to sit on the chairs - or there, are built stone benches with pillows. The villa is surrounded by 2 large courtyards. The front has space for parking space, while in the back there is a beautiful space, which has a large built-in dining room and a barbecue, available to the villa guests. The two floors communicate with each other with a wooden internal staircase, all floors are wooden, except the tiled bathrooms. The villa features air conditioning as well as hot water on a 24-hour basis. It also has three TVs, Wi-Fi Internet, private parking, a work desk for PC. The floors have large balconies where the visitor can enjoy the view of the sea, the city or the mountain. At the disposal of the visitor is the use of the garden and the barbecue.
