Old renovated barn whose character has been preserved by leaving the exposed beams in all the rooms. Pleasant, bright accommodation. We want people to feel good there and we have tried to put as much comfort as possible. 100 m², access to garden with furniture, barbecue and swimming pool (from June and to share when our grandchildren are there). The space The apartment includes: - a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, traditional coffee maker + Senseo, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, ..., books, games, ..., lounge area with 2 sofa beds (2x2 people), TV; - a bedroom with 1 bed 140 and a chest of drawers; - a bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 and a storage cupboard; - a large bedroom with 1 bed 140, 1 bed 90, 1 travel cot for baby, wardrobe, shower, toilet, sink; - a bathroom with sink and small bathtub; - another separate toilet. Guest access Guests have access to the entire floor as well as the garden, while respecting the owners' living space. Other things to note We live on the same land and have the same street entrance. We try to be discreet when tenants are there, but sometimes we have our grandchildren who are sometimes curious and like to chat with some of you… HOUSEHOLD LINEN: in order to reduce accommodation costs, we have opted to rent sheets and towels on request. €10 per bed for a complete set of sheets, €10 for a set of 4 hand/bath towels. Specify before your arrival if you will need them. POOL: access is secure and it is surrounded by safety barriers. Apart from its maintenance, we only go to the pool when our grandchildren are there or when we have family or friends, but we inform the tenants when we plan to go so as not to disturb. In any case, we never stay there for long! However, it can be a moment of friendly exchange with you... HOUSEHOLD: it is not included but optional at €70. A few household products are available, but it is wise to provide some (dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc.) A check is carried out by me to guarantee cleanliness to arrivals, but I am not infallible, so please inform me if you discover an oversight.
