Enjoy a 2nd pasture w/ 4 friendly goats; as well as 12 egg laying hens and an organic garden (seasonal) & 2 small creeks. With the serenity of being in the country, this property sits only 2 minutes off the interstate and is as close as 15 minutes from the heart of Asheville. The space This cozy space is a whopping 264 sq ft that accomodates 2 adults; with the flexibility of a trundle bed that can be set up as either two twin beds OR one king sized bed (2 twins pushed together). Its setting is in the country; yet 15 minutes to Downtown and 30 minutes to Asheville Airport. We feel strongly about keeping our guests healthy. Here are just a few things to go above and beyond with our sanitation and cleanliness to make your stay is as comfortable and safe as possible: Sanitize all hard surfaces (such as light switches, remotes, handles, etc.) Sanitize soft surfaces (such as the curtains, mattresses, rugs, etc.) Wash all bedding before each stay (including comforters and throw blankets) We hope this allows you to put your mind at ease so that you feel comfortable kicking back and relaxing during your stay. Guest access Most spaces on the exterior of the two acres can be explored by our guests; including the pastures. (Private decks are off limits) Other things to note During season, full access will be available for fresh daily eggs and to glean from the organic garden. Don't be afraid to dip your toes in the cool creeks down below. Feedings are permitted by guests at any time; which they will ALL greatly appreciate! NOTE: The bed is set up as EITHER 2 twin beds or as a King bed (which is the 2 twin beds pushed together and dressed as 1 King sized bed) We feel strongly about keeping our guests healthy. The owners stay in the main house on the same property and there is another tiny home that sits at the far end of the pasture. The decks face the same direction, allowing privacy for all. Access to the hammock and creek areas are available for all to enjoy. Although 2 minutes from the interstate, this is still the country and cell service may be a bit spotty depending on your carrier. Wi-Fi is reliable.
