The space This Villa is great for families with children. We have a large swimming pool, where on one side it's for children, with only 0.40cm deep, it also has a waterfall. The adult pool is larger and has 2 waterfalls, swimming jet to swim against, outside jacuzzi. While your in the jacuzzi or pool you can relax with the breath taking view to the Alvor Ria. Magnificent!! There are 8 sunbeds, for you to catch some sun and enjoy the momment, with your friends and family. If you require heated pool, it's na adicional 450 euros + taxes. We should be informed 7 days before check-in. On the same floor of the pool you can find a indoor jacuzzi (free) with heated water, play room (ping-pong and snooker); Gym ; Bathroom; Turkish Bath (extra price of 250 euros + taxes per week/stay) and sauna (extra price of 350 euros + taxes per week/stay). You can also do some yoga. On the floor above there is an equipped kitchen, bedroom, a open living and dinning room where you can enjoy your meal with the breath taking view of Alvor Ria. There is also a terrace that has a large table and barbeque where you can enjoy na outside lunch or dinner with your family and friends. On the top floor you have the suite master bedroom , another two bedrooms and bathroom, a huge terrace where you can have a peripheral vision of all the house. If you are looking for a villa where you can be near everything but relax at the same time, Villa Ria Alvor is the one you are looking for. The Villa is twinned on one side. The villa also has an alarm system, video surveillance (from the TV in the living room you can see what is happening outside the villa and around the pool);dobble glass windows and security doors. All you need to feel safe. All divisions of the villa have air conditioning. Bed linen and towels included (2 bath towels) and 1 face towel will be placed in each bathroom. If you require extra towels, an additional fee will be charged per towel (10 euros for a bath towel and 6 euros for a face towel). The villa is situated in a peasefull urbanization, most of the houses are with permanent residentes. The villa is in a premium location where in only a few minutes you can be in the historical city of Lagos and the touristic city of Portimão, the beaches of Alvor and Meia Praia( view of Ria de Alvor) . If you like to play golf you can find the Penina Golf Resort at 5 min driving from the villa and the Palmares Beach Golf at 10 min drive. The Algarve Autódromo Internacional is 5 min from the villa. The Algarve has many tourist attractions and the villa is very well located, as it's 2.5km from the highway. Easily you can take it to any destination. The main attractions are as follows: - Zoomarine (aquatic marine shows); - Slide and splash (aquatic water slide park); - Lagos Zoo; Guest access You will have access to all of the house.
