Newly built self contained guest house. Five minutes walk to nearest lake Wanaka. Appreciate the incredible Treble Cone mountain view whilst having your morning coffee brewed by the Nespresso Machine. The king sized bed is supplied with 400TC cotton sheets or linen , duvet, bedspread and electric blanket in Winter . There is no kitchen, however we supply a Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Microwave, Fridge Freezer etc. Bathroom has underfloor heating, large walk in shower and drying room. The space Facilities include; Heat pump/Air conditioner, Unlimited Free Wifi, 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Microwave, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Hair Dryer, Iron & Ironing board and Travel Cot or Camp bed for young child can also be supplied at extra cost... Guest access Local beach on Lake Wanaka is 5 minutes walk away. Cycle 2 minutes and arrive at the famous Sticky Forest Bike tracks. Wanaka township is 5 minutes drive. There are also two mountain bikes (his and hers) available for use. Access to Peninsular Bay's stunning facilities of a large heated swimming pool in summer, 2 spa pools heated all year round and well equipped gymnasium.
