The space The flat is bright and has a bedroom with a double bed and plenty of storage space, a bathroom and a nice living area with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a dining area. Just a 10-minute drive from the town center, you'll find many typical restaurants and shops in the resort, and can take advantage of several nearby ski areas. The apartment is west-facing and therefore very sunny, and features a terrace opening onto a shared garden with a magnificent view of Mont Blanc. The house has a terrace and a garden with 2 deckchairs, 1 table and 4 chairs which will be very much appreciated in summer and winter. You will have everything you need to have a great stay, including Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, oven, hotplates, dishes. There is a washing machine in the residence, shared with the other flats. There is a wood burning stove in the living room. If required, there is a baby cot available in the bedroom. There is a covered parking space available, as well as an outdoor parking space. To access Le Lavancher in winter, it is preferable to have snow tyres or chains.
