My house is a fully renovated house located in a very well located residential area, an 8-minute walk from Ojima Station on the Toei Shinjuku Line. Please be considerate of your neighborhood and spend a quiet time from 21:00 to 7am. ・ My home, including the balcony, is completely non-smoking. Smoking in front of the door and around the house is strictly prohibited. * If you smoke inside the building, you will be charged a penalty of 50,000 yen. ・ Separate garbage into “combustible garbage (burnable garbage)”, “incombustible garbage (non-burnable garbage)” and “can, bottle, PET bottle” and put it in the garbage bin on the 2nd floor kitchen. * When the trash can on the 2nd floor kitchen is full, please move it to the large trash can on the 1st floor large luggage / suitcase storage room. Please let us know when the 1st floor trashcan is full. In that case, we will arrange for a contractor so please let us know at least 2 days before the desired collection date. ・ Take away oversized garbage such as suitcases and strollers. We may charge a disposal fee for any leftover items that cannot be treated as ordinary garbage. Guest access It can be used by renting a whole house. Access to all areas of the house is possible. Other things to note 【Prior provision of guest information】 In principle, personal information and identification documents of all guests must be submitted in advance (input into the prescribed system).If we are unable to confirm your pre-submission (input into the prescribed system), we may not be able to provide you with the ten-key code for your room until we can confirm it. 【Other Special Notes】 Our house is located in a residential area, and our neighbors are ordinary houses. Please pay attention to the following points regarding "noise" and "garbage" so as not to cause trouble to the neighbors. Please refer to the house rules for other rules. No parties or other noisy activities are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate to neighbors and keep quiet, especially between 9:00pm and 7:00am. Smoking is not allowed in our house, including the balcony. Smoking in front of the entrance or around the house is also strictly prohibited. If you smoke in the building, you will be charged a penalty of 50,000 yen. Please separate garbage into "burnable garbage", "non-burnable garbage", and "cans, bottles, and PET bottles" and place them in the garbage cans in the kitchen. When the kitchen trash can becomes full, please move it to the large trash can outside the room. Please let us know if the large trash can outside the room is also full and we will collect it. In this case, please let us know at least one days prior to the desired collection date so that we can make arrangements with a contractor. Please take back oversized trash such as suitcases and baby strollers. If there are items left over that cannot be disposed of as regular trash, you may be charged for disposal.
