The space The cottage is privately set and you can relax in the landscaped courtyard with a morning coffee after a swim, surf or walk along Coffs Coast favourite beach. Every consideration has been taken to maximise the warmth, charm and character of this wonderfully located cottage, with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and air-conditioning in the main bedroom and living area. Take full advantage of the proximity for functions and weddings or simply stroll down to the bar and restaurant at one of Coffs Coasts premier resorts, Aanuka Beach Resort. Local attractions including The Big Banana, Park Beach Plaza, Ice Skating and the Solitary Islands Coastal Walk are walking distance or a short drive from your door. Guest access The cottage is let as an independent house. Other things to note The North Coast We are fortunate to be located in a beautiful regional area, close to the beach. Being amongst nature means we have natural insects appearing in the changing seasons. For your comfort and confidence here are a few things to consider. * We have a warm humid climate. Air conditioners and fans are available for year round comfort and are cleaned regularly. * We do have critters here that may make themselves known, especially if the doors are left open. Geckos and skinks will help to keep the flies and the mosquitoes away. * Whilst professional pest control is taken out twice yearly, it is impossible to guarantee the occasional cockroach won't wander in, especially if the timber bi fold doors are open. * No pest control can get rid of sandflies/mosquitoes/midges but we encourage you to use the repellant provided. * Our hot water system is adequate for 6 adults. We don't however have an endless supply of hot water and if you run out a wait is required for the system to reheat water. --- We love living close to the beach, and we know you will too.
