Apt 9, 10 & 11 are on the top floor. There are nice balcony areas to enjoy different views depending on the floor and unit. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, guests may experience some noise during daytime hours. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to answer any questions you may have before booking. Guest access The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :) Other things to note If the FIRE ALARM is triggered, guest needs to pay for the fire call out fee. The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
