The space This luxurious 3 bedroom Apartment located on the Hawkesbury River has uninterrupted magical views up the river. Located in the gorgeous town of Brooklyn, it is surrounded by the Muogamarra nature reserve, there's plenty to do and see, or spend your time relaxing. The master bathroom has a very large ensuite attached, and the second and third bedrooms are also large with a full sized shared bathroom interconnecting both bedrooms. All bathrooms have double shower heads. There is also a half bathroom off the living area. The kitchen has all necessary amenities making your stay comfortable, including electric oven, induction stove top and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and dryer located in the penthouse apartment for your convenience also. Reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout the apartment makes your stay in both winter and summer comfortable. The open plan lounge room is filled with natural light and opens onto the huge north facing balcony with water views. The outdoor balcony offers a large dining table and BBQ facilities allowing for relaxed outdoor dining and entertaining experiences. There are sun lounges available to take full advantage of the sun filled afternoons. Once you arrive, you will rarely find a reason to jump back in to your car to leave! Located in the beautiful town of Brooklyn the apartment is located on the Marina itself and boasts a Convenience Store & Bottle Shop (9985 7195) where you can purchase all of your groceries, small goods and other requirements to complete your getaway. The King Tide Café (9985 7102) located on the marina itself is the perfect place to grab your morning coffee and is open for breakfast and lunch. Boasting some of the freshest seafood around, Lifeboat Seafood (9985 7510) is adjacent to the marina and the Angler's Rest Pub (9985 7257) is a favourite for dinner options and is just a short 3 minute walk. The Marina is conveniently located just a short 200 meter stroll along the water front where you will find McKell Park featuring a large children's play park and barbecue area that is perfect for picnics. There's also a small fenced swimming area with beach landing and lovely nature walks. Why not make the most of your stay and explore the Hawkesbury waterways by hiring a boat, booking a Jet Ski Safari tour or jumping on a fishing charter! Neither the boats nor the jet skis require a license to drive/ride. We also recommend the Riverboat Postman during the week for a day tour or catching the ferry or water taxi across to Dangar Island. All of these activities are conveniently located on the marina at your door step and whatever you decide, there's plenty to do and see in Brooklyn! We have fuel on the marina and supplies for your boating activities. We can also offer overnight casual boat berthing during your stay. Brooklyn is a convenient 1 hour drive from Sydney City, 30 minute drive from Gosford and 25 minute drive from the start of the M1 motorway at Wahroonga. It's a short 2 minute walk from Brooklyn train station. We find most guests get here and either don't want to leave, or didn't have enough time to fit everything in!
