Villa Argentario is an exclusive property with sea views, Peñón de Ifach and the coast. Located near Moraira, it offers peace, comfort, and privacy. Outside you'll find a private pool, terrace, Mediterranean garden, and BBQ dining area. The main floor includes a living room, kitchen, and 2 A/C bedrooms with bathrooms. Below, a separate apartment offers 2 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Close to the beach, restaurants, golf, and amenities. The space The villa's true highlight is its private outdoor sanctuary. A spacious sun terrace surrounds a sparkling private pool, providing the perfect spot for sunbathing or a refreshing dip. For al fresco dining, an outdoor area with a built-in BBQ awaits, inviting you to enjoy memorable meals under the stars. All of this is set within a lively Mediterranean garden, rich with lush palm trees and fragrant fruit trees, creating a peaceful oasis that you'll never want to leave. Step inside and discover the villa's two beautifully furnished levels. The upper level features a large, comfortable lounge with satellite TV and a dedicated dining area, leading into a modern, fully equipped kitchen. This floor also hosts two ensuite bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with twin beds—each fitted with air conditioning for your comfort. The lower-level apartment provides a self-contained space with a small living area, an American kitchen, and two additional ensuite bedrooms, one double and one twin. With central heating for colder months and fans provided in every room, the villa ensures a cozy and inviting stay throughout the year. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!! Please ensure that all the garbage is taken to the large containers along the main roads on a daily basis. If garbage is left behind on departure the agency may charge for its removal.
