For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property. Other things to note If the FIRE ALARM is triggered, guest needs to pay for the fire call out fee. The management reserves the right to request for ID's of all guests staying prior to check in for security purposes. Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests. There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
