This home is located in Barrie's peaceful secluded Bear Creek neighborhood , 7 min from hwy 400 exit. 9 min dr to downtown Barrie waterfront, 10 min dr to Georgian Collage, 14 min drive to Snow Valley Ski Resort, 32 min drive to Wasaga Beach, and less than 10 min dr to popular restaurants. This home is also 5 min drive from the highly rated Bear Creek Eco Park, and is closely located to Ardagh Bluffs Trail; and Central Creek Trail. The space This house is well laid out with lots of natural light, clean, and has lots of room to share some quality time with friends, family, team mates; and work colleagues. It comfortably hosts 10 people, with a maximum of 12 people. If you have more than a group of 10 an air mattress will be require; we can make arrangements upon request. We have a property manager within Barrie who will be able to respond to all your needs. This space is child friendly, please feel free to move the deco around to create a safe comfortable space for your stay. It will be a great pleasure to host you.
