The space A 10 seater outdoor dining setting accommodates seating for all guests under the veranda outside. The home is perfect for 1 or 2 families or even perfect for 3 couples. A highchair, porta-cot and baby monitor is available for your use (no charge). We also have some toys, board games and a Playstation 3 to keep everyone entertained. For your convenience a front load washing machine and large clothesline is set up at the property. A large kitchen is set up with all your cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, appliances needed to cook for yourselves a dishwasher, full size oven and cook-top also included. A BBQ and new 10 seater outdoor dining set is set up under the veranda. Breakaway Moonta Bay is perfect for your summer or winter stays with have ceiling fans or air-conditiong in each of the bedrooms plus a modern reverse cycle air-conditioning unit in the Living Area. Guest access You will have the run of the the entire house during your stay. Also included is the large fully enclosed back yard (your pet is also welcome but outside only please - approval required at booking). The large shed is not available but there is plenty of parking for cars and boats on the front Driveway & parking areas & We also have a Lockable Undercover two space carport. Other things to note No parties allowed. **Please note that we do not provide linens for your stay. The beds are supplied with quilts and quilt covers, and pillows fitted with pillow protectors. Guests will need to bring their own TOP and BOTTOM bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, and bath mat. Alternatively we can supply all linens for $15 per person, by prior arrangement only (minimum charge of $30).
