Accommodation in a quiet area of the village, near the Casa de César Manrique Cabrera, a Canarian painter, sculptor and artist who combined his work with the defense of the environmental values of the Canary Islands. The living room has a flat screen and seating for all guests. The kitchen is the most striking part of the house where you can make a life between the kitchen and dining room. The outdoor areas are composed of a garden with two hammocks where you can enjoy a comforting nap. The garden also has a children's playground. The pool area gives you the freedom to sunbathe and recharge. The barbecue allows you to enjoy a great afternoon with your friends. The garden area gives you the freedom for the kids to enjoy themselves while you have a drink on the terrace. We will be available during the stay, either by phone, text, or email. It's a completely quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy the silence, peace and tranquility of one of the most relaxing areas on the island. I recommend renting a car to visit iconic places on the island 🏡 VILLA RULES In order for all guests to enjoy a pleasant stay and to keep the home in the best condition, we ask that you respect the following rules. ________________________________________ 🚿 BATHROOMS • Please do not throw toilet paper, wipes, pads, tampons, or any other object in the toilet. • Always use the designated trash cans. ________________________________________ 🚭 TOBACCO • No smoking of any kind inside the home. • Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas, using the ashtrays and making sure to completely put out the cigarette butts. ________________________________________ 💧 WATER • Tap water does not taste good for drinking. • For human consumption, we recommend using bottled water. ________________________________________ 🛏️ BLANKETS • Only the blankets that are in the living room, inside the wicker basket, may be taken out to the garden. • Please do not take blankets or bedding outside the bedrooms. ________________________________________ 🎉 PARTIES, EVENTS & VISITORS • The recommended occupancy for the house is 6 people. • The home also has a sofa bed and an extra bed to offer the possibility of accommodating more guests, as well as greater comfort and flexibility in the arrangement of the beds. • Only registered persons may stay on the property during the check-in process. • Guests not included in the booking are not allowed to be invited. • Parties, birthdays, celebrations, gatherings or any other type of event are expressly prohibited without the prior written authorization of the owner. • Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the stay, the loss of the security deposit, and a claim for damages or expenses incurred. ________________________________________ 🔊 MUSIC AND NOISE • The use of speakers, stereos, sound bars, amplifiers, or Bluetooth devices is not allowed. • Only music played from a cell phone's built-in speaker may be used. • Music can be played in the garden between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM, always at a moderate volume. • The maximum noise level allowed during the day will be 55 dB(A). • After 11:00 PM, the neighbors' peace must be respected, avoiding conversations, music or any other noise in the outdoor areas. • At any time of day, any behavior that may disturb the neighbors should be avoided. ________________________________________ ☂️ UMBRELLAS • When not in use, they must remain closed to prevent damage caused by the wind. ________________________________________ 🏊 POOL • Pool maintenance is done between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM. • No diving, cannonballs or jumping into the water. • You must enter and exit the swimming pool exclusively using the ladder. • Entering the house with a wet body or wet clothing is not allowed. • Before entering, you must dry yourself completely to avoid slipping, falling, and leaving the floor of the house wet, thus ensuring the safety of all guests and the proper maintenance of the house. • These rules are in place to protect both guests and the home's facilities. ________________________________________ 🔥 BBQ • After using the barbecue grill, be sure to completely extinguish the coals or fire. • Do not leave the barbecue lit without supervision. • Once it has cooled, please leave it clean for the next guests. ________________________________________ 💶 DEPOSIT • The deposit is €200 and is intended to cover possible damages or defects caused during the stay. • Once the stay is over, the cleaning and maintenance staff will check the condition of the house. • If everything is in good condition, the deposit will be returned via Bizum. ________________________________________ 🏡 HOUSING • Whenever you go out to visit the island, make sure to leave all doors and windows properly closed. • Do not leave valuables in sight. • At the end of your stay, please lock all doors and place the keys in the lockbox. • The cleaning and maintenance team will check the home that same day or, at the latest, the next day. ________________________________________ 🕒 CHECK IN & CHECK OUT • Check-in: after 3:00 pm • Check-out: before 10:00 AM. ________________________________________ ⏰ LATE CHECK-OUT (€100) If you wish to leave the house after 10:00 am, you must request it well in advance. This service can only be offered when there is no new booking for the same day and will depend on the availability of the cleaning team. The cost of the service is €100. ________________________________________ 🐾 PETS • We are pet friendly. • The deposit will be increased from €200 to €400 to cover possible damage that may be caused. ________________________________________ 🔌 ELECTRIC VEHICLES • Charging electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles using the house's outlets is prohibited, unless expressly authorized by the owner. ________________________________________ ⚙️ FACILITIES • Do not fiddle with the pool purifier, the electrical panel, the router, the heat pump, or any other technical installation in the house. • If you notice any issues, please contact the owner so that he can resolve them as soon as possible. ________________________________________ 🔑 KEYS • In case of lost keys or if an urgent opening of the house is necessary because the keys were left inside, all expenses arising from travel, opening, replacement of locks or making new copies will be borne by the guest. ________________________________________ 🔍 HOME INSPECTION • Upon arrival, you will have 1 hour to check the house. • If you notice any damage or issues, you must report them within that timeframe, preferably by sending photos. • After this period, it will be understood that the home has been received in good condition, unless proven otherwise. ________________________________________ 🗑️ TRASH • Before check-out, you must dispose of all garbage in the appropriate containers. • Please do not leave trash bags inside the house to avoid smells and insects. ________________________________________ 🪑 FURNITURE • It is not allowed to move furniture or decorative items from inside to outside the house, or to bring furniture intended for the garden or pool inside. • If, for any specific need, any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location before check-out. ________________________________________ 🔐 LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS • Forgotten items will be kept for a maximum of 30 days. • If you wish to retrieve them, we can send them to the address you indicate, with the shipping costs to be borne by the guest. ________________________________________ ℹ️ GENERAL PROVISIONS • These rules are part of the reservation conditions and are intended to ensure safety, good relations with neighbors, and proper maintenance of the house. • Any situation not provided for in these rules will be resolved by the owner applying criteria of good faith, common sense and respect for all guests and neighbors. • Serious or repeated violation of these rules may result in the early termination of the stay, without prejudice to any legal actions that may apply. ________________________________________ ❤️ WE WISH YOU A PLEASANT STAY Our goal is for you to enjoy an unforgettable vacation at Villa Palacios Herrero.
