Authentic Stonebuilt Istrian house with pool

The perfect place for families willing to enjoy the life in the inland of Istria. The place is isolated from the crowds but in the same time it is the perfect base location for exploring Istria and its seaside. The space The place is the best base location for explore Istria and enjoy both countryside and seaside. The house is located in the end of the village, it has a waste grass yard and 2 old mulberries in front of the house. The house was built in 1904 and renovated in 2004 preserving the traditional Istrian style, it has 100 m2 and 200 m2 of yard It has 2 bedrooms each with a doublebed and the couches in the living room can also be places as single beds. The bathroom and the kitchen are equipped with all the essentials needed for living. The terrace has a table and chairs for 4, making it the best place for enjoy the morning view of the valley with a coffee. (optional) We serve breakfast for 5€ per person (homemade bread, butter, marmelade...) Guest access Our guest have access to the open grass yard near the house. It is free to use the small grill with wood or coal. Other things to note There are plenty of things our guest can do while staying in our house like: Enjoying the seaside - 30 min from the west (Umag, Novigrad...) and 1 h from the east (Rabac). Exploring the small fortification towns in the region like Motovun, Grožnjan, Buzet and Oprtalj Helping us making wine (end of September) Hunting truffles, mushrooms and chestnut (only in autumn) There is a lot of walking paths, we are on the IPP route so if you want to stay for just 1 night contact me!
