The space The house can accommodate up to 5 people: three very spacious bedrooms (one double, one twin with two single beds and one with a single bed), a large living room, two balconies and a small terrace. If you feel like it, you can cook using a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances such as a traditional electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, blender, mixer, kettle, Italian coffee machine and moka pot. Convenience also for the bathroom that is available, spacious and windowed, equipped with a large shower. There are two televisions in the house, one in the living room and the other in the double bedroom. Unlimited internet connection. Air conditioners in all rooms except the bathroom. The house has a washing machine. The accommodation is located in the historic center of Torre Santa Susanna and is in a strategic location to move comfortably around Salento. The main services (supermarket, laundry, pharmacy, banks, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, post office and Carabinieri) can be reached in 2-5 minutes on foot. Weekly market on Thursdays. Free parking in all adjacent streets. Guest access The house is located on the first floor and you need to climb the stairs. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and 4-legged friends are not allowed. Other things to note The house is equipped with energy certification and usability.
