First Floor A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, which has two bedrooms. fIRST bedroom includes a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m), air conditioning, and central heating. The second bed includes a Queen-size bed (1.60m x 2.00m) and an extra single bed (0.90 x 2.00). The first floor also features the bathroom with a bathtub and a 40 m² veranda with outdoor seating and views of the surroundings. The outdoor area of the Villa covers 1300 sq. meters, featuring: - A 32 sq. meter swimming pool. It is situated in the best spot, offering an amazing view of the surroundings. The pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and seating areas for your comfort. - Barbeque facilities with a charcoal grill and an outdoor dining table for al fresco dining - A garden with roses and various flowers, large carob trees, stone-built terraces with grapevines and fruit trees, and vegetable gardens where you can learn how to cultivate vegetables. Moreover, you can even use the freshly harvested produce when preparing your meals during your stay.
