Enjoy the large backyard with multiple fruit trees, a large pool with an enclosed patio; complete relaxation. Very close to various outdoors attractions such as Deering Bay Estates, Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Biscayne National Park, Black Point Marina, the Everglades, The Falls mall and the Redlands. Short drive to downtown Miami, Coconut Grove and Coral Gables. The space House sits in a quiet cul-de-sac next to a nature preserve in Cutler Bay. Very private. Enjoy your private room and private bathroom. The backyard was made for quiet relaxation and swimming. If you are a bird lover, you are in luck. I saw an hummingbird once! and some other red bird I could not name. The house is close to Biscayne Bay where you can see amazing sunsets and sunrises. Being a healthcare professional, the house is cleaned using infection control protocols. Guest access Guests may use kitchen, living room, family room, patio, backyard and pool. Wifi, streaming TV through Roku, and printer available. Guests have access to the entire house minus the master bedroom and office. During your stay I am available via phone and text during the day. I live in the house, so you will see me in the evenings. Other things to note Please note a car or Uber is strongly recommended. The house is near major attractions and close to public transportation. I recommend a car because if you want to stay out late, you will need it as public transportation stops running after a certain time. It is a short 20-30 minute drive from the airport and downtown but 45 minutes to 1 hour from the beach. The pool is not a covered pool, so if it rains or is windy, it will have leaves in it despite being clean. A pool cleaner is provided.
