Check-in is after 4PM, and check-out is at 11AM. The home is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay. Guests have access to the entire home, decks and yard. Other things to note You are staying in a neighborhood home and we kindly ask you to respect the community and your surrounding neighbors by keeping the noise levels down. Quiet Hours are in place between 10:00pm - 8:00am. No guests allowed after 10pm. No parties, events or large gatherings are allowed at any time. There is no smoking inside the home. Guests can smoke outside, but please do not leave burn marks on the deck and do not smoke in the 3 seasons room. Pets are allowed, but please note them in the reservation and tell us about your furry friend(s). A pet fee ($25) will apply. Please clean up after your pet and respect our furnishings by keeping pets off the furniture. Upon arrival, should you notice any damages, or should anything break, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will result in damages fees, and any may face automatic cancellation of your reservation, and reporting to AirBNB.
