A fully equipped kitchen with bar and dining area extends a large comfortable living room with TV area. One bedroom is on the ground floor, with bathroom (spa bath) and separate toilet. Upstairs, an attic room with discreet charm. Two other bedrooms are located on the ground floor, with direct access through the inner courtyard, offering calm and independence.
