The space This entire cottage offers an open, welcoming layout designed for relaxation and longer stays. Warm wood tones and natural light create an easygoing atmosphere, while heating systems keep the space comfortable throughout the colder months. A private balcony looks out over the garden, valley, mountains, and surrounding vineyards, offering a serene view in every season. Sleeping arrangements The cottage sleeps up to seven guests. The gallery-style bedroom on the upper level includes one queen bed and three single beds in an open layout. In the living area, a sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. Room-darkening shades, extra pillows, bed linens, and blankets are provided, along with generous clothing storage including a walk-in closet, wardrobe, dresser, and closet. Living areas The living room is a comfortable place to unwind, featuring a sofa bed, a 40-inch HDTV with Netflix and standard cable, arcade games, board games, and books. A dedicated workspace in a shared area and fast Wi-Fi (174 Mbps) support remote work or streaming. Radiant heating and split-type ductless systems help maintain a pleasant indoor temperature during cooler days. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, with space to cook and gather together. A dining table sits nearby, creating an easy flow between cooking, dining, and relaxing indoors during winter evenings. Bathroom & laundry The full bathroom includes bathroom essentials, a hair dryer, and a bathtub with natural light. They can stay in both units. Both small and large dogs, rainbow parrots or pampered cats are welcome. They will love waking up to beautiful sunrises, beautiful views and birdsong in the heart of Posavje region. As the animals are our VIP guests, they stay for free. They get a container for food and water, a blanket for their bed, a towel, a treat and toys. They can move freely in the garden around the house. Barking, sorry loud debate, is allowed both day and night, it can be quiet or loud.
