This is a peaceful stay near the action, but far from the crowds - close enough to Terme Čatež's water park and wellness facilities for an easy visit, yet tucked into a setting built for slowing down. Sleeping arrangements Sleeping up to seven guests, the gallery-style bedroom holds one queen bed and three single beds, with a sofa bed in the living room covering the rest. Natural light fills the upper floor by day, and room-darkening shades take over when it's time to rest. Extra pillows, bed linens, and blankets are on hand, along with a walk-in closet, wardrobe, dresser, and closet for stowing your things. Kitchen & dining The full kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, with an Electrolux stainless steel electric stove, Zenker stainless steel oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Cooking basics are stocked, and meals come together easily at the wooden dining table or out on the patio, with the kitchen opening straight into the living and dining area for easy conversation. Living spaces Unwind on the sofa bed with the Smart TV, Netflix, and a stack of board games, or settle into the dedicated workspace with fast Wi-Fi (174 Mbps) if you need to stay connected. Families are looked after too, with a crib, children's books and toys, and a high chair ready to go. Split-type heating and air conditioning, plus radiant heating, keep things comfortable no matter the season. Bathroom The full bathroom is bright with natural light and comes with a hair dryer, bathroom essentials, and a bathtub. Outdoor living You can enjoy your own private outdoor seating area. Note that the larger garden and recreational spaces are shared with guests from the second apartment, such as the patio and backyard. Out there, open grassy space gives kids room to run, while a fire pit, BBQ grill, hammock, and sun loungers give the adults reason to linger. Vineyard rows border the property, and the surrounding hills and valley make for easy walks or a slow cycle down quiet country lanes - vineyard walking and cycling routes are right on your doorstep. Guest access and amenities Each apartment is completely private, entered through its own private entrance with self check-in via lockbox - no coordinating arrival times needed. Free driveway parking covers up to four vehicles, and a washer, dryer, and drying rack are on hand for laundry. Cleaning during your stay can also be arranged. They can stay in both units. Both small and large dogs, rainbow parrots or pampered cats are welcome. They will love waking up to beautiful sunrises, beautiful views and birdsong in the heart of Posavje region. As the animals are our VIP guests, they stay for free. They get a container for food and water, a blanket for their bed, a towel, a treat and toys. They can move freely in the garden around the house. Barking, sorry loud debate, is allowed both day and night, it can be quiet or loud.
