Mornings begin with coffee and views, evenings with board games, arcade fun, or a film after a day out. The space This entire cottage is arranged as a duplex apartment that sleeps up to seven guests. The layout feels open and relaxed, suited to families, friends, or longer stays where you want room to spread out without losing a sense of togetherness. Heating and air conditioning are provided through radiant and split-type systems, keeping the cottage comfortable throughout the colder months. Sleeping arrangements The cottage sleeps up to seven guests across an open gallery-style bedroom and the living area. The upper-level bedroom includes one queen bed and three single beds, while the living room features a sofa bed. Room-darkening shades help create a restful atmosphere, and extra pillows, bed linens, and blankets are provided. Storage is generous, with a walk-in closet, wardrobe, dresser, and additional closet space. Kitchen & dining The kitchen is a full, dedicated space where you can prepare meals at your own pace. It opens into the dining and living areas, making it easy to cook while staying connected with the rest of the group. Whether you are planning simple breakfasts before heading out or shared dinners at home, the setup supports comfortable, everyday living. Living spaces & work The living room offers a comfortable place to unwind, with a 40-inch HDTV with Netflix and standard cable, books, board games, and arcade games for relaxed evenings indoors. A dedicated workspace in a common area, paired with fast Wi-Fi at 174 Mbps, supports remote work or study. Families will appreciate the thoughtful touches, including a crib, Pack ’n play, and children’s books and toys for a range of ages. Bathroom & laundry The full bathroom includes bathroom essentials and a bathtub with natural light. Laundry facilities are located in the unit, with a washer, dryer, and drying rack available for longer stays. Outdoor space Even in winter, the private patio, balcony, and backyard add to the sense of space and privacy. The yard is not fully fenced and opens to garden, mountain, valley, and vineyard views. Other things to note We're a pet-friendly holiday home located in the heart of Posavje region, Slovenia. If you're looking for a quiet getaway, this is it! We offer discounts for longer stays and interim cleans if you stay more than 6 nights. Extra cleaning is available upon request for a small charge. If possible, we offer guests the option of early or late check-in time and late check-out time for an additional charge. Contact accommodation about this! We are a Pet Friendly Holiday Home. They can stay in both units. Both small and large dogs, rainbow parrots or pampered cats are welcome. They will love waking up to beautiful sunrises, beautiful views and birdsong in the heart of Posavje region. As the animals are our VIP guests, they stay for free. They get a container for food and water, a blanket for their bed, a towel, a treat and toys. They can move freely in the garden around the house. Barking, sorry loud debate, is allowed both day and night, it can be quiet or loud.
