A lovely one bedroom apartment. Lots of light from big windows in the living room and kitchen. Close to State & Central Restaurant. One full bed and one full sleeper sofa. Near the city, but located in a quiet neighborhood. Bus stops are less than a block away or you can walk downtown in 10-15 min. High speed internet/ Wifi and a Roku TV. Coin-op laundry downstairs. While very close to town, we happen to be in an area that offers free street parking. No animal policy. The apartment is in a classic building that was built around 1900. It is very close to everything in town. It's a perfect place to explore all Olympia has to offer! Ideal for a couple but can work for up to 4 people. There is a key pad on the door which is unique to each guest for your security. This apartment has a Schlage keypad lock. They are the industry standard. The front door to the apartment is secure. To lock from the outside: Input the code (changed for each guest) or touch the “Schlage” button. To lock from the inside: Turn the manual switch/ knob on the lock (inside the apartment) to lock the door from the inside. We give our guests space to enjoy their stay and keep interaction to the minimum, but are always happy to answer any questions or give some tips on places to eat or see around town. We are only a few minutes away if you need us. It's in one of the older neighborhoods in town which has a unique and quirky feel, yet retains a nice sense of community, which can be hard to find in newer developments. There are two bus stops less then a block away. You are welcome to park on Central Street, 4th Avenue, or the neighboring streets. -Parking is on the street The apartment is on the second story so you will need to go up stairs. There is a coin-op washer and dryer downstairs, and this is a multi-unit building, so there may be noise from other individuals in the other units and/or from the coin-op washer and dryer.
