Enjoy our quiet and comfortable split-level home, perfect for entertainment and game day fun. We are conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood 2.5 miles from campus and a mile from North Atherton shops and restaurants. Our home is fully insured (one of only a handful of homes in the State College area with a proper insurance policy for Airbnb hosts). The space Perfect for entertainment, our home has large living spaces. Enjoy watching TV in our cozy family room, conversations in our living room, or cooking/eating in our kitchen and dining room. Then lay your head down to rest in one of four bedroom, comfortably sleeping 8 guests with options for 2 additional guests in common spaces. Guest access You'll have access to the entire home, except for the basement, garage and home office. USE OF THE HOUSE You'll have access to everything in the home - including (but not limited to): • Details on how to use certain technology in the house • Wifi throughout the home • Smart Television with Cable • Freshly washed and sanitized bed linens • Freshly washed and sanitized towels, washcloths and hand towels • Plates, bowls and utensils for up to 12 people • Basic cookware (pots, pans, spatulas) • Full use of any cooking needs in the cupboard • Grill and Firepit PARKING Our driveway fits 6 cars comfortably and street parking is allowed.
