'Il Rifugio dell' Artista' is a charming and stylish 63m sq apartment situated on a quiet street in the heart of medieval Todi. WiFi and a Bose are included. Included also are TV, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower, WC, and bidet. Gas heating, electric fireplace, washer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, cook top, and oven. The space Guests have full use of the apartment using a private entrance. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We think that we are different in the fact that we want to provide guests with high-quality, functional, and comfortable vacation home rentals at an affordable price. Any excess returns we have from our rentals are turned-around and used to upgrade our properties to enhance our guests’ stay. We are not in this to make money! We created ‘Salt House Properties’ as a means to provide ourselves with vacation rentals in places we like to visit. Our model is we would not stay in a hotel for any length of time unless it meets certain quality standards – high standards. The mandatory City of Todi Stay Tax will be collected upon your arrival.
