Villa "Ankerplatz"

Our villa "Ankerplatz" was built at the end of 2017 in the Scandinavian style and the best German construction quality. The light-flooded rooms offer you a unique view over the natural area in the "Western Pomerania Lagoon Area" National Park. With a large terrace, sun loungers and umbrella as well as a gas grill in the spacious garden with a climbing frame with a swing for the little ones, the sun of Rügen invites you to relax here. The space The spacious house can accommodate up to 8 people on approx. 140 square meters. We have placed special emphasis on the high-quality furnishings. Starting with the kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker, to toddler-friendly amenities throughout the house with a children's travel bed, as well as a high chair, washing machine and dryer. On the upper floor, a reading area awaits you in the gallery. The two living-bedrooms are equipped with a TV, Blu-ray player and Hi-Fi device. In addition, there is a small desk in bedroom III. It is rounded off by the Wi-Fi with Internet access available in the house. For cozy evenings, you can use the cozy warmth of the fireplace. Guest access The entire house is at your disposal except for some private cabinets and sheds. You can move around freely. Other things to note Since April 2022, the vacation home has had a charging station. A very special note on the cleaning fee: The cleaning fee includes final cleaning, bed linens and towels for up to 8 people.
