It has 1 bedroom with a 1.60 bed and a living room with a 1.40 sofa bed, Wi-Fi, 2 TVs, a hard drive with movies, PS2... The apartment has 2 bathrooms; one with a shower and another with a round jacuzzi 1.60 in diameter, in addition to a direct elevator to the garage plot and a small community pool (June 1 - Sept 30). In the village square, about 30 meters from the apartment, there are 2 restaurants, 2 bars, a park with swings and a small supermarket/grocery store. Distances by car: 15 minutes away are the Pozalagua caves (named the best corner of Spain in 2013 in the Campsa guide) and Karpin Abentura (a natural park for the collection of wild animals, with an area of slides and dinosaurs). 35 minutes away you can visit the Cabárceno Natural Park, with endless wild animals and performances. 5 minutes away is the village of Ramales de la Victoria and its surroundings with all kinds of caves (there are 8 or 9), waterfalls, gorges, the Asón waterfall, all kinds of activities such as Quads, canoeing, horseback riding, climbing, mountain routes, boat trips... Laredo is 15 minutes away, Castro Urdiales and Santoña are 25 minutes away, Noja and Isla are 30 minutes away, Santillana del Mar is 50 minutes away, and Comillas and San Vicente de la Barquera are 1 hour away. As for beaches, Laredo is one of the best on the Cantabrian coast, measuring 8.4 km and running through the entire town. Orión beach is 20 minutes away, Castro Urdiales and Santoña beaches are 25 minutes away, and Noja and Isla beaches are 30 minutes away.
