Located among picturesque vineyards on the hills of Ivančica at 330 meters above sea level, Eva's house offers spectacular views. Large terrace and a spacious yard provide an ideal setting for a family vacation or a weekend retreat. Tap water is actually a spring water of finest quality and spa bath and a private illuminated sledding slope will add fun to your stay. By the end of August 2019 there will be pool and sundeck. The space Eva's house is a challet villa with a large private yard and a parking place. It is modernly furnished and full of light thanks to its large windows overlooking the hills of Zagorje. The house is built with natural materials like local purple vulcanic stone, wood, iron and glass, so you can feel its authenticity, but it has also got central heating, airconditioning and a wifi for the convenience of contemporary living. For the purpose of enjoying in nature, there is no television in the house. Guest access Four bedrooms, a large living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. House has three floors: two airconditioned rooms and one bathroom with a spa bath on the upper floor, a living area with a kitchen, dining room and a terrace in the middle, and two rooms with a bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a washing machine and an iron. Terrace is furnished with a big table for 8-10 people and a lounge area. Parking is on site. Other things to note The house is in the nature, near a forest, so you might have a chance to see wildlife like a wild rabbit, a deer, a bat, a fox...and a lot of different birds. Also, there are a lot of vineyards in the surrounding so you might enjoy trying local vines, food and see some of customs about vine making.
