CIR-19082044C224697 Welcome to my listing! I INVITE YOU TO READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION SO THAT YOU ARE WELL INFORMED ABOUT EVERYTHING. Casa Sasà is a rustic, two-story house, recently renovated, in the Piane Vecchie district, a quiet area 9 km from Cefalù, ideal for those looking for relaxation and who want to stay away from the city. There is a swimming pool, a large garden, a BBQ, a ping pong table, a soccer goal, and plenty of space behind the house to play, even bowling. The space HOUSE - Casa Sasà is spread over two floors: on the ground floor there is the large kitchen with table and sofa, then the living room and the bathroom with shower; on the second floor there is the sleeping area with 3 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms all have air conditioning. The rooms are rustic in style but also have some modern elements. They all have different colors and two share the large terrace overlooking the garden and the pool; the other two rooms have views of the entire countryside and the sea. The house is easily accessible from the highway exit, which is just 3 km away. SWIMMING POOL - The swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests is 3 x 10 meters wide and 1.20 meters deep and is surrounded by a soft lawn. SUPERMARKET AND RESTAURANTS/PIZZERIAS - We have a supermarket, a market, a bar, 2 restaurants-pizzerias, a wellness center and a water park for the entertainment of the little ones. BEACH - Just a 2-minute drive away you will arrive at the large and long Salinelle beach where, in addition to sunbathing and swimming, you can take endless walks and long runs. CEFALU' - We are always 9 km from Cefalù, so when you want to take a tour of the beautiful tourist city, visit the Cathedral, stroll through the streets of the historic center enjoying a good ice cream, eat in one of the several restaurants overlooking the sea, in a moment you have arrived. Other things to note SWIMMING POOL - The swimming pool is regularly open from May to October, and also in April upon request. During your stay, I will come to check and clean the pool two or three times a week, early in the morning so as not to disturb, but we will agree on the days and time together at check-in. AIR CONDITIONING - You are my guest and therefore I do not want you to feel hot, but... it is forbidden to set a temperature lower than 24°, and leave the air conditioner on when you are not at home. At 24°, the rooms cool down and you no longer feel hot. When it is as hot outside as in summer, if you set a temperature lower than 24°, the air conditioner cannot reach it because the difference is too great. Instead, what happens is that the air conditioner works under stress and produces a lot of water that is not drained well and that instead comes down from the split, causing damage to the furniture (or doors) it encounters. AIR CONDITIONING IN THE LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN: there is no air conditioning in the living room and kitchen, but there is a ceiling fan in the living room and a floor fan in the kitchen, which are not visible in the photo (the ceiling fan was installed later). The thick walls of the house (characteristic of old houses) are good thermal insulation. Instead, in the bedrooms, since it is a matter of spending the whole night, it was preferred to equip them with air conditioners. WASTE - At check-out, you will have to dispose of the waste in the appropriate area that I will inform you of at check-in. You can also dispose of waste during your stay, and I will always explain this to you at check-in. COT AND TABLE SEAT - A cot and table seat are available upon request. PHOTOGRAPH OF DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACT - According to the law of Article 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree no. 79 of May 23, 2011), Article 12 of the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree no. 79 of May 23, 2011) and Article 19 bis of Legislative Decree no. 113/2018, at check-in I am obliged to take a photograph of the document (identity card or passport) of all guests, and to have the contract filled out, that is, a sheet with the summary of the booking data and signed. EXTINGUISHER, GAS, SMOKE, CO2 DETECTORS - At the moment, the photos of the listing do not show the fire extinguisher, gas and smoke detector, and CO2 detector, as these were installed recently, at the end of the season.
