The entire Villa is rented in total exclusivity. In fact, since the 2020 season the owners no longer live in a side part of the Villa, as was the case in previous years until 2019. Villa Palme Alcamo Marina is the ideal place to spend a wonderful holiday of relaxation and culture. In fact, in a few minutes by car, you can reach the beach of Alcamo Marina with free access, with fine golden sand, the city of Alcamo with its Castle, the Bosco D'Alcamo Reserve on Monte Bonifato, the route of the Churches and White Wine of Alcamo DOC, the tourist port of Castellammare with its Castle, the Faraglioni of Scopello, the Zingaro Reserve, the Greek Temple of Segesta with its Greek Amphitheatre, the Segesta thermal waters, all just a few minutes away. While just 30 minutes by car you can reach the city of Palermo with all its wonders and its shopping centres, Monreale, Erice, Trapani with its salt pans, Marsala with its Stagnone Nature Reserve and the island of Mothia, Castelvetrano and Selinunte with its Archaeological Park. Check-in is at 5.00pm and Check-out is at 10.00am. Different times must be agreed with the owners and a supplement will be required. The swimming pool is open all year. It is not possible to connect to recharge Electric or Plug-in Cars to the external power sockets of the villa. OPTIONAL EXTRA COSTS: -To have the swimming pool with heated water in the months from October to November and from April to May, make a request to the owners at least 1 week before your arrival in the villa, you will be asked to pay a supplement of €300 at check-in for the pre-heating and €50 for each day for the entire duration of the stay. - If you wish to have underfloor heating, rather than electric heat pumps, during the winter months from December to March, you must ask the owners for availability, paying a supplement of €50 per day for the entire duration of your stay. - The bath/shower towels (white) present in each room cannot be used for the swimming pool and the beach. If you do not have pool/beach towels, you can rent them at a cost of €5 per towel for your entire stay. - For an early check-in, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be requested for each hour of extra use of the villa. - For a late check-out, ask for availability, a supplement of €30 will be requested for each hour of extra use of the villa. - To have 1 to 3 baby cots with linen included, ask for availability, a supplement of €100 will be requested for each cot, for the entire stay. - To have 1 to 3 high chairs for children, ask for availability, a supplement of €40 will be required for each high chair, for the entire stay. - If you want to host a friend or relative in the villa during your stay, even without an overnight stay and only during the day, you must first ask the owners for permission and if this is granted, you will be asked to pay a supplement of € 40 per person for each day, even if partial. - For other requests not described, ask the owners, to know the supplement. Guest access The Villa has Exclusive and Private use of: 5 Bedrooms (2 double bedrooms with 2 en suite bathrooms, 2 triple bedrooms that can use the bathrooms outside the bedrooms and 1 quadruple bedroom with its en suite bathroom. The quadruple bedroom is also connected to a triple bedroom, but both have an independent entrance from the patio, so just lock the connecting door and it will be isolated from the other bedrooms) and are all equipped with TV, Air Conditioning in all bedrooms, in the living room, in the lounge and in the internal kitchen. When there are guests in the villa, the system has no remote control and does not record, except for the cameras of the gate and the parking lot for security reasons, to detect any people who want to enter the villa.
