Fully self contained apartment occupying the lower portion only of the home (owners live upstairs) 2 brs, main with queen size bed,2nd br with a single and dble bed, lounge room (with fold out double sofa bed), full kitchen/dine, bathroom, sep laundry. Full size fenced secure rear yard. No shared facilities and located at the quiet end of the Esplanade. 2 night minimum stay is always required The space Fresh modern and what great location where you can enjoy the beach lifestyle whether you want to swim, laze on the beach or take leisurely strolls along one of Adelaide's best (kept secret) beaches. You will enjoy the benefits of a self contained apartment not just a room in a motel. Also ideal for business stays and yes you have table working space in the kitchen and another table and chairs in the 2nd bedroom which also has a double as well as a single bed, free wi fi even an iron and ironing board to always look your best. We have a porta cot/play pen and high chair for those staying with little ones and we now have a double sofa bed 2 seater lounge ( in the lounge room) so that young kids can sleep closer to their Mum and Dad in the main bedroom adjacent rather than the 2nd bedroom The guests driveway parking has now also been brick paved for added convenience. The 2nd bedroom whilst still part of the main accommodation is semi separate and is accessed via the entrance and garage or from the rear yard (please note that small children may need adult supervision because it is a little away from the main bedroom - see notes above regarding our pull out sofa bed in the lounge room where kids can also sleep). Short walk to local cafes, restaurants, Hotel at both Christies Beach and Port Noarlunga and a 15 minute drive to the wineries at McLaren Vale. The Adelaide city centre is around a 35 minute drive and bus/train is available if you dont have a car. There is a dog leash free section of the beach only around 100 metres down the beach where Fido can run free! ( under supervision) Yes we are now pet friendly so the fur kids can also stay. Guest access The apartment occupies the lower level of the house where the owners live up stairs. The owners will usually briefly meet you on site to hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. There are no shared facilities and your total privacy with be respected. The rear yard is there for you to use and has high fencing for privacy and perfect if you bring your dog. There is a large front paved courtyard where you will enjoys the sea views from here and also from the lounge room. The gas bbq is free for you to use. An extra fold out portable table is available to give you more work space for your lap top etc and even your own laundry with free clothes washing liquid, clothes line and tumble dryer. We are now pet free and pet friendly so now you can bring your own fur kids. However please advise when booking how many and what animals will be staying. There is a small additional charge of $15- per night per animal which is payable direct to the owner on arrival, negotiable for longer stays Other things to note TARRIF RATES.
