The space The "Townhouse-Regensburg" welcomes you on 120 square meters in the heart of the old town. The master bedroom with a kingsize bed is located on the entrance level of the detached, state-of-the-art house, as well as the meeting room (for up to 6 persons), which can be converted within a few handles to a comfortable bedroom with an additional king size bed. The desk and chairs are easy moveable due to pre-installed castors. The bathroom with a generous floor-level shower completes this area. On the subjacent level you can find the generous living room with dining area and open kitchen almost over the entire base area of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped, kettle and coffee machines (filter and capsule) included. An additional shower bath and storeroom complete the ensemble. You can access the town house terrace (furnished from may/june on) directly from the living room, which is certainly one of the most spacious private patios in the old town. The palace garden of the Princely House of Thurn and Taxis borders directly the town house. Our guests explore the places of interest of Regensburg within a few steps. All restaurants and bars of the old town are in walking distance. Parking is available for your car only 80 meters away in the parking garage at the Petersweg. Guest access Our townhouse guests use at the occupancy rate of two persons the master bedroom 1. In this case the master bedroom 2 can be used as office or meeting room. If more than two people stay overnight, the premium folding bed will be folded out to a comfortable king size bed in the master bedroom 2. Other things to note Party Location / external guests Please take into account that it is strictly forbidden to welcome any further people who are not part of your guest group. The use of the appartment is strictly limited to the number of people booked through this website - any further / additional guests - also if only visiting during the day - needs to be brought to the attention of the landlord and needs specific allowance. Parking! A luxury house within the heart of the old town is a dream for many people, especially if you have complementary parking area.
