The loft above holds a full-size bed for a restful night’s sleep. A newly remodeled bathroom includes a shower and a faucet setup for dishwashing, with an additional outdoor prep sink for added convenience. With private access, a peaceful atmosphere, and everything you need for a comfortable stay, this is glamping done right—Florida style Guest access I work remotely for a large company from home so there will be someone on the property at all times, however, I am unavailable during working hours unless an emergency. Otherwise during the weekdays the property is very quiet. In the case of inclement weather if you feel uncomfortable I insist that you come stay in the main house in one of the guest rooms. During hurricane Sally I went back to check on the shed and it actually felt more quiet and stable there than the house. It is surrounded by shelter and is also tied down to hurricane specs. Other things to note Liability waiver for the pool and surrounding area is required for reservation. No skinny dipping or nude sunbathing (yes I have been asked) There are security cameras in the backyard for your safety. However you are completely private ! Guest room cottage is detached from the main house and completely secluded. Goofy cats and small dogs on property. Must be ok to be barked at occasionally or entertained. No non Registered guests. No parties No loud music after 10. We absolutely love our neighbors. If you keep the noise level down feel free to sit around the pool, visit and listen to music as late as you like. Smoking permitted outside only but butts have to be put in designated spots or that will go away. (Yuck)
