The space With a surface area of 110 m², this south-facing house, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers, is composed as follows: a bright living area with a wood-burning stove opening onto a large, fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, each with its own shower room, 3 separate WCs, as well as a private garden of 2,000 m² and its terrace overlooking the valley. The accommodation : On the ground floor: - Entrance with large cupboard for your jackets - Separate WC - The living area is bright and warm with a view of the outside and is furnished with two sofas, two armchairs, coffee tables, a sideboard and a working wood-burning stove. The dining area includes a large wooden table with 8 seats. - The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with a counter, 3 high seats, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, hotplates, filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto machine, toaster, electric kettle, crockery and cutlery. - Bedroom 1 with a large bay window fitted with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm), en-suite shower room and WC. On the first floor : - Bedroom 2 with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and en-suite shower room. - Bedroom 3 with queen-size bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and its bathroom with shower. - Bedroom 4 with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower. - Separate WC. Outside : - Beautiful 2,000 m² garden with trees and a magnificent view of the Cantal mountains, equipped with a large wooden table for 8 people, benches, parasol and a barbecue to enjoy a sunny meal. - Terrace with a round table, chairs and garden armchairs to admire the vegetation as far as the eye can see during a quiet time.
