This clean and quaint Victorian Bungalow was originally built in 1902. It has since been lovingly refurbished into a charming and comfortable home with all the modern amenities of today. From the claw foot tub to bathe in, to the fire pit and outdoor patio to lounge outside, just about anyone will enjoy the use of this home for their vacation or work trip. Only 1 mile from Old Town Eureka, and a quick 7 mile drive into Arcata, you can be just about anywhere in Humboldt County within minutes! The space This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom historic Victorian Bungalow is fully loaded and ready to enjoy! It is on the smaller side (880 square ft) but has many amenities that make it quaint and comfortable. It has a full kitchen, stocked with basic cooking supplies and appliances, a full laundry room, a soaking claw-foot tub for a bath or shower, an outdoor patio and fire pit, and can sleep up to 6 people (beds for 4). There is a queen sized bed in one room, 2 twin beds in another, and a sofa-bed that pulls out to a full-sized bed in the living room. It is a clean and comfortable space, with lots of natural light and thoughtful touches that have aimed to preserve the age and history of this home, while offering all the modern conveniences of today. Guest access There is a shared back yard with another guest house. This back yard space that you have access to includes your own (private) deck, a (shared) brick patio, Adirondack chairs, a fire pit and a BBQ. Other things to note We have a strict NO PET POLICY. Due to this being a shared property, we have health and safety concerns for others that live and work on this property. While we love furry friends, we just cannot accommodate them.
