(It is a 25㎡sized room that is ideal for 2 guests.) The space ［location of the facility］ Our facility is located in a residential area three minutes on foot from Otorii station, which is a five-minute train ride from Haneda Airport International Terminal Station. Although it is a quiet residential area, it is very convenient to get to the main street where there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and various restaurants. It is a very convenient location for sightseeing in Tokyo/Yokohama area as well. It takes about15 minutes to get to Shinagawa station and about 20 minutes to get to Yokahama station on express trains. Also, although the room faces the road, it is in a residential area away from the main road, so it is an extremely quiet environment. There is a manual shutter on the window that faces the road, and there are security features.ｬ(You can cut light by closing the shutter, but you can’t cut the light on some small windows.) ［Facility operation structure］ This facility is run completely staff-free. As a result, it is difficult for us to meet customer requests flexibly. Specifically, we do not have luggage storage services before or after the check-in/check-out, and we also do not offer early check-ins and late check-out services. we usually communicate with guests using the app message function. Although we will try to respond as quickly as possible, please note that sometimes we are unable to respond right away, especially late at night or early in the morning. Guest access Regarding common areas in condominiums, entry is prohibited except for the minimum required area for entering and exiting the room. As for inside the room, you can access all areas. Other things to note ・There is no smoking space inside the room or on the premise. ・Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms, inside all of the condominium premises, and on streets nearby. ・If we receive complaints from neighborhood residents regarding smoking, we may decline to offer stays at the facility. Even if we decline to offer stays at the facility, we will still ask you to pay for the full days of your stay and will not provide any refund. ・If we find out that you have been smoking inside the room, we will charge \20,000 for odor removal fee. In addition, if the fire alarm goes off due to smoking, and a security officer is dispatched, we will charge the actual costs for this as well. ・To use our facility, you must stay a minimum of two nights three days or more. Under any circumstances, we do not accept one night two days stay. ・It is prohibited to wear shoes inside the room. Please wear the slippers that are available. ・Please be especially quiet when leaving and entering the entrance after 10:00 p.m. ・Please be quiet after 10:00 p.m. ・You cannot hold parties/banquets. ・There is no early check-in/late check-out as the facility is staff-free. ・We cannot store your luggage before arrival/after check-out as the facility is staff-free. ・During your stay, we do not change amenities or clean the room.
