This is newly built house slightly outside city of Drnis, surrounded by pine forest. House is located in quiet and private area. It includes private parking area.Inside the yard is a 34m square swimming pool,exclusively for the guests of the house, with an arranged area for sunbathing. Also, guests can use two private tennis courts. Additionally, our guests can relax in outside area that includes concrete barbeque area. House is located 15km from Krka Waterfalls and 30km from city of Sibenik. The space Estate area is 2000 meters square. This includes 4 bedroom house, balcony, swimming pool 34square meters,sunbathing area, patio with concrete barbeque area, two tennis courts and our traditional game "Balote" court. House is very private as it is surrounded by pine tree forest. Guest access They can use entire house and surrounding area that is 2000 meters square. This includes tennis courts. The tennis court and swimming pool are not used by anyone except guests, so they have complete privacy. Other things to note Feel free to use barbecue.
