This is a 6 bedroom home & you will have access to the fully furnished kitchen, living room, 1-1/2 bathrms, huge yard with large covered patio. Home has FREE wi-fi, FREE utilities, FREE use of washer/dryer & FREE parking. We are walking distance to shopping, all major fast foods, Starbucks, grocery stores, mall, parks, STA public bus routes & Centennial Trail! We are 5 min. to I-90, 15 min. to downtown & 22 min. to the airport The space Perfect for the traveling business professional in that we are close to I-90, 22 minutes from Spokane Airport, 25 minutes to Coeur d' Alene (Idaho), and 15 minutes to downtown Spokane! The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans, cookware, dinnerware, silverware, cups/glasses, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, blender, toaster, above-range micro, side-by-side fridge, dishwasher, as well as washer/dryer, etc. All furnished bedrooms, have desks, dressers, closets, nightstands, lamps, bedding/linens, extra blankets. Guest access Guests can access the living room with TV, dining area (table/chairs), fully-furnished kitchen and all accessories, washer/dryer, 1.5 bathrooms, covered patio and entire backyard! Home has wi-fi throughout. All bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to walk up stairs (no elevator). Guests can access the backyard, covered patio, etc. During your stay This 6 bedroom home is for guests only. Host lives next door. Common areas (kitchen, living room, and 1.5 bathrooms) are shared by all guests . Host is available if needed. Other things to note We also offer discounted weekly and monthly rates for our business professionals! NOTE: Our 6 bedroom home is located near the railroad tracks, so there is train sounds that you will hear. Guests must be healthy (cannot have tested positive for COVID-19, etc., in that we want to keep our other guest safe and healthy). Guests must be employed business professionals, not unemployed, recently evicted or homeless. Guests are allowed to have only one vehicle. No overnight guests are allowed. Most all of my guests are long-term stay guests and book their room on a monthly basis and they are excellent guests who clean up after themselves in the kitchen and bathroom areas and they never leave dishes in the sink etc.. if you are a tidy respectful guest as well, we would love to have you stay with us! Guests are booked on a temporary stay and are not considered tenants, therefore Landlord Tenant Laws DO NOT APPLY.
