This home is located just 12 Km from The Bend Motorsport Park, 8 Km from Tailem Bend and 36Km to the beautiful Langhorne Creek wine region. Other attractions include Monarto Zoo, The Bunyip at Murray Bridge and the Giant Olive just outside Tailem Bend. Lake Alexandrina is a short drive away along with Lake Albert. Home to historic towns such as Meningie where you can visit the old cheese factory. The space The property also boasts a large deck on the 1st floor which looks out over the lake. The perfect place to see who's in the water. It also has a large patio on the lower floor with ample room for BBQ, eating and lounging around. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home including the walk in pantry. The garage and walk in robe will be inaccessible however. Guests will still be able to park under the carport. Other things to note The property has a smart TV downstairs with access to Netflix and FoxtelNow and others, but guests will need to use their own login. Upstairs there is a smart DVD player with the same functionality.
