Bush Retreat Farm Stay - 1 Bedroom Guest Suite

Not far from Wilson Prom. "Squeaky Beach" voted the best beach in the world 2024. This self-contained semi detached farm house with its own private parking & entrance. The house includes a comfortable queen bed, lounge, Wifi, bathroom, a small kitchenette ( Not suitable for cooking), with outdoor area. The space -The kitchenette includes toaster and kettle, full size fridge, microwave, oil, salt, pepper, cutlery and basic cooking utensils. Tea, coffee & sugar. NO PORTABLE HOTPLATES, WOKS, COOK TOPS, BBQ OR OTHER COOKING DEVICES ALLOWED INSIDE ACCOMMODATION. Our accommodation is fitted with a kitchenette only - we provide a small fridge and microwave (for reheating of food/beverages only). Our accommodation is not fitted with an exhaust range hood and hence cooking in accommodation is strictly prohibited. - When operating appliances please make sure you only use 1 appliance at a time, in the kitchenette. They are running through a power board. You will trip the power board out if more than 1 appliance is running. -Dishes are collected daily, washed and replaced for you (NO kitchen sink). - If you wish to heat any food there is a microwave in the accommodation. We suggest bringing snacks, or food that is easy to cook with as the nearest option is the local town Yarram , 15-minutes away. -Please keep in mind the kitchenette is NOT setup to be able to cook a 3 course meal, it’s only for guests who wish to prepare basic meals or a quick and easy bite to eat. -Inside the House we kindly ask guests to bring warm socks, slippers or ugg boots to keep their feet warm inside the house. No shoes inside. - Comfortable Queen bed comes with linen and blankets. - Toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) supplied along with fresh towels. -Separate entrance, plenty of parking. -The area is completely separate from our living quarters with a locked door to separate the two, we do not have access to this area. You have the whole end of the house to yourselves we do not let rooms out separately. Our Farm We are right on the doorstep of the Alberton West bush on a property with an ambiance of wildlife. Turn right out our driveway and you have kilometers of walking tracks all in a bush setting. You will be greeted by our geese, ducks and chooks, goats and alpacas. Who love to let us know someone has arrived. Tarra Valley and Bulga National Parks are a 45 minute drive from our property if you would like to explore the many walking tracks and the most famous suspension bridge at Bulga national park. We are so very lucky not to live far from Wilson Prom National Park, a drive of 1 hour and 15 minutes this is a day drip but so worth the drive with its many beautiful beaches and walking tracks. We are part of the ninety mile and have our own surf and fishing beach called Woodside worth a visit to breath in the salt air. Port Albert is a 15 minute drive just down the road, it is the first port in Gippsland to be discovered and has lovely restaurants, fish & chip shop, Maritime Museum, art gallery, gift shops and fishing off the prier. Yarram is a 15 minutes drive for all your supplies, with supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and many shops. Guest access You will have full access to your accommodation. Also the yard, please keep in mind you maybe sharing the space with other campers. This property is part of my families beef and diary farm. Other things to note Wood for the fire pit is an extra charge $10 for a bucket, this will be charged as an extra through the Airbnb app. Please let us know before arrival if you would like to use the fire pit. We do live next-door, so you may hear footsteps and noise that accompanies every day living, however, we are acutely mindful of people's privacy, peace and quiet. Brekkie Box Package Relax a little longer and enjoy brekkie in bed. We will deliver a continental style breakfast box to your room. This will be charged as an extra through the Airbnb app and must be paid for before arrival. Our breakfast box is for two and includes a selection of: Cereal Croissants/Multigrain Bread Butter Greek Yogurt - Vanilla Bean Cheese Milk Tea ( Twinings - English breakfast and Irish Breakfast) and Coffee Seasonal Fruit Jam/Marmalade Juice Cost is $45 per box
