This is a large one bedroom house with a large kitchen, front room and bathroom. This is a great unit for one night stays or a week long adventure. It is a home away from home with all the necessities that you need to be comfortable. The yard has a BBQ area for relaxing. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a neighborhood grocery store a half a block away. It is centrally located to all Monterey Peninsula events and popular visiting sites. Please read other things to note for more details. The space The bedroom has a king size bed with a flat screen TV. There are two roll away beds that are accessible if needed, as well as a day bed that pulls out in the kitcnen corner. The kitchen is a large full kitchen with all the essentials you need to cook. Just note that I do not provide personal products such shampoo, soap, tooth paste, etc. Although this house accommodates 6 guests, please note that the sleeping arrangements will not be private other than the bedroom. Guest access Street parking for this unit only. Front access to this house has multiple stairs. You can choose to walk up driveway and enter through the back and there is only two stairs. This front house shares a yard and laundry room with the back unit. The washer and dryer is located in the garage. Other things to note We would like one night stay requests to be limited to the beginning of the month of which you are requesting. Traveling along the peninsula during times the peninsula is holding events, you would have to allow yourself ample time to get to and from your events or sight-seeing. Most people who have stayed at my other airbnb listings for one night have wished they would have stayed on the peninsula an extra day to visit the attraction
