Rowan House is a 5 Bedroom 3 Bath "home away from home". A very large and comfy home, that sleeps 12 and is more suited to families/friends with kids and big groups. it's right in the middle of town, close to the city centre, major attractions, stadiums, parks, arts & culture *PLEASE NOTE rooms are charged at a minimum of 2 guests, so when booking allow for 2 guests/room regardless if singles wish to occupy a room to themselves.* HIGH-RATE bookings include all beds (12 guests) please enquire. The space Rowan House is a freshly renovated Victorian-era "home away from home". There are 5 bedrooms in total Room one, queen-size bed with ensuite, Room two, queen-size bed with dressing table/desk, Room three, 2 x king single-size beds, Room four, 1 x king single size bed with trundle and 1 x single size bunk, Room five, 1 x king single-size bed and 1 x single-size bed, all rooms have heating/cooling facilities and built-in wardrobes, some with dressing tables/desks and all beds have an electric blanket. from the street level, the house is single story with rooms 1,2 and 3, the dining/living room, kitchen, main bathroom and lounge room. under the rear of the house are rooms 4 and 5, the third bathroom and laundry leading to the back patio and BBQ. Minimin bookings include rooms 1,2 and 3 (6 Guests) and you can add up to an additional 6 guests in rooms 4 and 5 (minimum of two guests per room) for an additional $70 per bed/night. Common spaces include the large comfortable lounge room/TV room with A/C & gas log heater, large kitchen with a table and everything you need for entertaining or putting together a meal for your family and friends, living/dining room with a large extending table that sits 10, with a split system air conditioning and a working wood fire (wood not supplied), laundry with washing machine, dryer and ironing board, patio area/back yard with outdoor settings and gas BBQ ready to go, and a secure roller door carport. Guest access Rowan House is a vacant holiday stay home, you will have the run of all the common areas with your selected beds/rooms, all to yourself, no sharing with other guests. Other things to note Please note that the fireplaces in rooms 1,2 & 3 are strictly not to be lit. They are blocked off and room heaters are supplied for your comfort. However, there is a working fireplace in the dining room that you are more than welcome to use, please bring your own wood.
